Maybe I missed it but i had not realised that this is a restaurant in a hotel - normally I deliberately avoid them. We were among only a handful of diners, with many empty tables, which meant that there was little atmosphere. Service, once we got going, was attentive and efficient. Food was Ok,

Perfect birthday dinner, a friendly environment, young and really exceptional food/matching. Chef available and with a more march than other colleagues at its level. Matre , sommelier and staff in the room and kitchen prepared and also very available. A very positive start .

The service was outstanding. The have menu in English too. Also the ingredients were various, fresh and super delicious, with many sauces to pick from. It was definitely the best poke restaurant I ever tried. Lots of proteins to choose from and the LARGE bowls were super big, but worth every bit of it. Recommend BIG Wave beer(hawaiian)
